Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a por4d account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are an individual natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law as it applies to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of por4d or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You have not previously had a por4d account suspended, closed for cause, or self-excluded, unless por4d has formally reinstated your access in writing.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to your place of residence.

por4d targets Indonesian players and accepts members primarily from Indonesia. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of the por4d platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. por4d does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that access is legally permissible in any specific location.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on the por4d platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or family-shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. por4d reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration data at any time.

• You must choose a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• por4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after account creation. 2FA is available in the Security section of your account dashboard after completing the por4d Login.
• You must notify por4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• por4d will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

por4d reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

KYC Verification

por4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program to confirm the identity and age of all members. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at por4d's discretion.

Documents commonly requested during KYC include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo ID showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used to fund your account, confirming that the payment method belongs to you.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by por4d may result in withdrawal restrictions, account suspension, or account closure. por4d processes all KYC documents securely and does not share them with unauthorized third parties. Full details on data handling are set out in the por4d Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the por4d platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). por4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside por4d's control and are your sole responsibility.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 across all supported payment channels.
• Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited to your IDR wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) are credited within 5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed on the banking network.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable transfer fees.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga are processed within 30 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB daily).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the por4d account holder. por4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• por4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal risk-management review.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to a processing review.

Bonuses & Promotions

por4d offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited as non-withdrawable promotional balance until the applicable wagering requirement (turnover) has been fully satisfied.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 10× (ten times) the bonus amount, to be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds on certain low-margin markets — including but not limited to sportsbook accumulators with odds below 1.30 per selection and specific live casino side bets — may not count toward wagering requirements. Full details are set out in individual promotion pages.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and real-money balances.
• por4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if evidence of abuse, collusion, or system exploitation is detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, por4d's internal records shall be the definitive source of truth.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the por4d sportsbook, live in-play markets, casino tables, and slot games are subject to the product-specific rules published within each section of the platform, in addition to these general Terms.

• A bet is binding once confirmed by the por4d system. Members are responsible for reviewing all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. por4d will not void bets due to Member error.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds or game payouts caused by a system malfunction or data feed failure, por4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. por4d will notify affected Members promptly.
• por4d sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other competitions listed in the sportsbook section. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available for qualifying markets as indicated in the sportsbook interface.
• For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers, the game rules presented within each game client are authoritative. por4d's platform rules apply where any conflict arises between game client rules and these Terms.
• por4d's RNG-based games (slots and virtual table games) use certified random number generation systems independently audited for fairness. Published RTP values reflect the theoretical return over a statistically significant number of game rounds and are not a guarantee of return for any individual session.
• por4d reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or game at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the por4d platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Member account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with por4d.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotional mechanics, or interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other Members, or with any third party, to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook market prices.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the por4d platform for financial gain. Any such gain is subject to clawback regardless of the amount.
• Funding your por4d account using a payment method that does not belong to you, or facilitating transactions on behalf of third parties (money laundering, structuring).
• Using the por4d platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling as an eligible adult (21+) Member.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the por4d platform, its content, game assets, or odds data.

Account Suspension & Closure

por4d may suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or disputed transaction from a Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion, pending investigation.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion under por4d's Responsible Gaming program.
• Inactivity — accounts with zero balance that have not logged in for 12 consecutive months may be closed after 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed for cause, any real-money balance remaining after deducting unpaid bonuses, pending investigation holds, or chargeback amounts will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method within 10 WIB business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the por4d platform — including but not limited to the por4d brand name, logo, platform design, software, game assets, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of por4d or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the por4d platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, por4d's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or relating to their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

por4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party infrastructure issues beyond por4d's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes arising from data feed malfunctions or third-party provider issues, except to the extent por4d has specifically accepted liability in these Terms.
• Any loss arising from a Member's own failure to secure their account credentials or to enable available security features.
• Gambling losses incurred during any period when a Member was self-excluded or had deposit limits in place but circumvented those restrictions through any means.

Nothing in these Terms limits por4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

por4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the por4d Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By creating a por4d account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

por4d does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and others) is limited to the minimum required to process transactions.

Responsible Gaming

por4d is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment. All Members must be 21 years of age or older. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from within their account dashboard after completing the por4d Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spend.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time-Out: Automatically log out after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which por4d holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through por4d's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Indonesian Members, por4d acknowledges the local regulatory environment and encourages any Member with a dispute to first engage por4d's support team at [email protected] so that the matter can be resolved promptly and amicably before any formal proceedings are initiated.

Amendments

por4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects Member rights or obligations — por4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the por4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 9.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time any dispute arises shall govern that dispute, unless a subsequent version has been expressly agreed to by both parties in writing.
